My Experience with Account Suspension and the Fight Against Scammers

Hello, blog readers. I'd like to inform you that both my Facebook and Instagram pages are currently temporarily suspended. This suspension is a result of false reports made by an individual on my Instagram page. They posted a comment under one of my videos where I was participating in a trend and tried to promote a business opportunity. I'm sure you've encountered similar comments before. I did engage in a heated exchange with them because I'm frustrated with scammers in my comments and direct messages. I've blocked them, but they keep creating new accounts to bother me with their false business opportunities. I've repeatedly expressed my lack of interest politely, but that day, I lost my patience and confronted them.

I believe it's important to crack down on all these scam accounts, as there are so many of them, making it difficult to enjoy social media. To be honest, I suspect this scammer might be someone I know in real life who has some unresolved issues with me. How else could someone get so upset over not being able to scam me to the point of reporting my account for nudity or sexual activity?

Instagram has reviewed my account and found no violations of their community guidelines. They've requested that I verify my identity to regain access to my account. I've put in years of effort to build my platform, audience, and trust, only to have it jeopardized by someone lurking in the shadows, possibly waiting for me to reach a milestone.

I'm sharing this blog article to urge you to pay close attention to your followers. If you have people with fake accounts or those who don't seem genuine, avoid adding them to your page, as they are likely to be the ones reporting your content for false reasons. I've seen much worse content on Instagram, but that's not what I do on my page. I dance, follow trends, showcase my outfits, hairstyles, promote products, and discuss my life. I don't engage in anything that would warrant having my account suspended.

If I regain access to my account, I'll remove all fake accounts from my followers. I'll also share my beta social media accounts where you can follow me and where I'll post more content. It's frustrating that people shame others for activities like twerking, which is a cultural dance. I'm tired of this unwarranted criticism. Let's celebrate our cultures without judgment.

I'm considering focusing more on these platforms rather than Facebook and Instagram, as I don't want to change my content for a few individuals who can't respect my choices. A woman I once shared a home and workplace with recommended I read this book when I was around 19 or 20 years old. The version I initially read was a hardcover, and once I started reading it, I found it difficult to stop.  I decided to read it again, and my perspective on the book changed. I now consider it a classic, and it remains highly enjoyable to read. The book contains some questionable moments and a lot of twists and turns that evoke various emotions. Overall, I believe it's a fantastic book.
